I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada where I grew up playing travel softball. I

later moved to Reno, NV for six years where I completed my undergraduate degree and

worked as an ED scribe prior to starting medical school. Outside of medicine, I enjoy

taking care of my indoor plant collection, lifting weights, hanging out with my two cats,

and attending concerts whenever I can.

While I did not rotate at CCEM, they were the first program I interviewed with and it

made a lasting impression on me. I chose this program because I knew I would be

supported throughout my training while also being given a lot of autonomy and

procedural experience. Hearing the residents speak so enthusiastically about their

experiences is what sold me on the program and I knew it would be the right place for

me.
